The summary of the system:
This system is mainly used for checking and calibrating the temperature and humidity parameters of temperature and humidity test equipments, such as constant temperature and humidity box (room), incubator, cold storage, grain depot, constant temperature and humidity room with large area and so on. It also can automatically test and analyze the deviation of temperature control, temperature field, humidity field, uniformity and fluctuation for the equipments. This system is made up of upper computer statistical test software, wireless communication substation (including the wireless temperature and humidity sensor) and wireless communication master station. Test System for Temperature Field and Humidity Field utilizes two types of wireless communication technology which are IEEE802.15.4（ZigBee）and 802.11n(WIFI) at the same time, it not only solves the complicated wiring connection problems on site for users, but also makes the performance more stable and reliable.
No external power supply is needed, the substation uses the lithium battery or special industrial battery with high temperature resistance and the master station uses the rechargeable lithium battery.
Wireless transmission, which can move freely from substation to master station. It is particularly suitable for the situation in which trouble in wiring in the large-sized space appears. The wireless substation is small in size and easy to install, it can avoid the wiring connection problems on site caused by too many measurement points for users.
You can use the Tablets or Smartphone to operate it, and no longer specifically need the Laptop to do it.
Each wireless intelligent sensor works independently, and acquires real-time data which eliminates the reading wait time caused by channel switching to ensures the data real-time and effective.
Communication master station provides web access function, which is used for the maintenance of administrator.
The software can receive temperatures and humidity from 254 substations (amount to 254 independent channels). The software has simple operation and concise interface. Data and curves can be saved automatically. Users can set up and find desired information easily.
